How to Plan a Canoe Trip to the Boundary Waters (BWCA)

Описание: After a friend told me about an upcoming first time trip to the BWCA and asked me for suggestions, I put together a list of considerations, almost like a questionnaire, that once answered, can help narrow down the areas you should be looking at for a route, based on the amount of time you have.

I didn't have time in this video to talk through every consideration - I didn't want to "boil the ocean" so to speak. Below is a link to the list of trip planning considerations I put together. I may add to it as a "living document" but as of now it has most of what I think is important.

It is a guarantee that I forgot to talk about something important. You will probably find some omission that seems obvious, and for these omissions, I apologize. If I need to do a follow-up video, I will. I might, just because I can do a deeper dive into places you might want to go, depending on the outcome of your answers to the questions.
