Stir-Fried Morning glory with Ground Pork - Quick , Easy and Yummy !!!
▶ Ingredients :
● 500 g Morning glory/ Chinese Spinach
● 200 g Pork
● 4 Chili Pepper
● 3 Cloves, Garlic
● 2 tsp, Sugar
● 1/2 tsp, Salt
● 1 tbsp, Oyster Sauce
● 1/2 tbsp, Fish Sauce
● 2 tbsp, Preserved Sweet Soy Bean
Method :
1. Heat the pan and add the oil.
2. Add the garlic and chili, cook till fragrant, a few seconds.
3. Add the ground pork, stir until cooked or dries, about 2-3 minutes.
4. Season with sugar, salt, oyster sauce and fish sauce.
5. Add the morning glory till soft or cooked, about 2 minutes.
6. Enjoy !!!
