Episode 1 launches the second season of Dramaturgy of Theatre Leadership, a free six-part series of exclusive interviews recorded this spring on Zoom, where award-winning international theatre leaders discuss leadership challenges for departmental theatres in the 21st century, and share the official procedure for selecting plays and recruiting stage directors for shows in their Houses.
Hosted by Artistic Director/CEO, Lauri Maijala at Lahti City Theatre Finland in association with the Union of Theatre Directors and Dramaturges Finland (STOD) and presented by the Trade Union for Theatre and Media Finland (TEME) Dramaturgy of Theatre Leadership is honoured to welcome distinguished guest, Bill Rauch.

Biography -
Bill Rauch (born 1962) graduated from Harvard College in 1984 with a B.A. in English & American Literature and Language, where he received the Louis Sudler Prize for Outstanding Graduating Artist. He is an American theatre director named the inaugural artistic director of the Ronald O. Perelman Performing Arts Center (PAC NYC) at the World Trade Center in 2018. The Perelman was the final piece of the plan to revitalize the World Trade Center site.
