Hunter solo - Durendil vs Chrome King Gallywix

Описание: That was hard. I didn't think I would get him before prepatch, but ‪@qlfwow5755‬ 's solo helped me - but the boss was still hard.

First, the boss enrages at 9:30 (overloaded coils). I tried doing him with a single tank trinket, but I couldn't survive phase 3 that way, and still needed great RNG.
I did notice it was possible to interrupt the enrage due to logs, but didn't figure it out - so I ended up giving up and going back to a dps strategy.
But, on the chinese server, the DH qlfwow kept working on it and figured it out. There are two solutions :
get him to 50% right before the enrage. I didn't use this strategy because then the fight became too boring, it would have killed the fun
get him to cast his enrage while in the main body

The issue is that the second strategy is quite finicky. You want to interrupt the coil right before the enrage. But there's quite a bit of RNG involved. Interrupt too early, and the boss will go in the body then go out again. Too late, and the boss will stop in midair to cast.
So I decided to always interrupt at 9:28. With that timing, I was either on time or too late. So I had the idea to put the body near the middle, but I have no idea if it helped.

Also, there is a second enrage at 13:00 : the giga controls despawn. So you need to focus boss after that.

Then, you actually have to kill the boss. As a hunter, that was quite hard.
First, they made the mana spirte target pets. So I switched to the cheat death trinket, which also heals a lot but is more random and requires to be in melee range - which is complicated in P3.
In phase 1, I used the Ritual mud trinket on the second stack of his cone, taking a bomb to get the DoT and reduce the CD. Then, like Ansurek, you can interrupt his cast by dismissing your pet during it.
Also, when he uses his tank ability on your pet, I needed a CD to keep it alive.

In phase 2, I just needed to get him to 51% before the third coils to get him to stop doing mechanics. Then park the pet in melee range - Gally deals more damage the further you are.
Also, picking up a bomb reduced the cooldown of my trinket.
Then I needed to transition him so I could interrupt him at the 9:28 mark. During the 4th cast of his beams during the coils, Gally summons new adds. This will kill you with bombs. As such, I could have each "rotation" during P3 last 1min10 to 1min20 - so I needed to time the transition.

Of course, I messed up but being near melee and my trinket phased the boss, but somehow the timing worked - although I was forced to not interrupt the boss.

Then, there is P3. As a hunter, it's quite hard due to Gally hitting like a truck and having increased damage on pets. So on odd rotations - when my pet had his defensives - I tried to tank him with my pet by using all defensives available.
On even rotations, I used my trinket or turtle whenever I had the boss on me too long.
I also needed to have his tank abilities on my pet, it would kill me if it hit me.

During the last rotation, everything went wrong. I interrupted too late due to a missplaced beam, so new adds spawned. I misstime feign death, so I had a tank hit. I did turtle, but right after the bombs, taking more damage. I didn't have health pots due to aggro on the previous rotation. I forgot my pet's defensive in the panic, but I barely managed to kill him during my 8 second cheat death window, so hey, it worked.

Only stix left, if I find a strat.
