Описание: Plant-Based Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe

Ingredients:
1 ¼ cup oat flour
¾ cup almond flour
½ cup 100% natural peanut butter
½ cup 100% pure maple syrup
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Roll out roughly 16 cookies on a parchment lines cookie sheet. Using the back of a fork, press the cookie balls down once going north south and once going east west.. like a hashtag pattern. Bake for 12-14 minutes or until the bottom of the cookies are browned.
