The project, titled ‘Everyday Heroes’, sees Garthwaite travel to the Highlands and islands of western Scotland to create an intimate and illuminating series of portraits of men and women whose skills and hard work allow local industries to thrive, while championing initiatives that focus on sustainability and empowering future generations to carry on their legacy. The heroes featured in the project have been chosen for their fascinating stories and how they make a difference locally and beyond.
