Important Things Regarding This Video -

1. In Body Language, we need to observe multiple clusters to enchance our accuracy in reading people. A single body language can have multiple meanings across different contexts.

I mentioned those meanings which fits the context in the scenes.

2. Japanese hand gestures and body language, as with each country’s mannerisms, are often unique to the culture of Japan. In Japan, women should place hands flat on the front of their thighs or clasp their hands in front of their legs. Not only is it a sign of respect, but it is also the primary way to greet someone you meet. Doing this, gives the impression that you are humble and polite, especially when bowing to a stranger.

This does not mean, the meaning of Fig Leaf pose is wrong. On the basis of the context, you need to decide whether it is done culturally or because of discomfort.
