Simple
#1 Wash your Dentures
#2 Cut your Sea Bond to Fit Your Denture
(I use the bottom Sea Bond on my Uppers and Lowers)
#3 Slightly Wet the Sea Bond and place on your denture with the white side facing up
#4 Press on to your Dentures, flattening so it will be comfy
#5 Pop them Babies in to your mouth and apply pressure for a few minutes
#6 Enjoy Life
{You can take your Dentures out, rinse the Sea Bond Pad while it's attached to your Dentures, scrub off any food particles and pop them back in! It stays stuck!}
