By Appellant’s Notice filed on 30 September 2024, the Appellant (Defendant below) appeals the decision of HHJ Russen KC, sitting as a Judge of the High Court, Business & Property Courts, judgment being delivered on 6 July 2024 following trial.

The Respondent had farmed in partnership with the Appellant in Somerset. Their relationship had broken down and the partnership had been dissolved. The appeal concerned the question as to what should happen to the equal shares of the two partners in a partnership which has been dissolved.
