Guacamole é uma coisa que não falta em casa, afinal eu tenho plantação de Avocados aqui aonde eu moro ( Fallbrook, CA ), a cidade conhecida pelos avocados. Eu sei que existem muitas receitas diferentes, mas a minha tem um toque especial, pois uso um óleo essencial puro da marca dōTERRA, mas claro você pode fazer com o sumo do limão. Eu por não ser muito fã do gosto do coentro, eu evito usá-lo, mas se você quiser usar também pode usar o óleo essencial de coentro ou o coriander, fica ao seu gosto, todos ficam deliciosos nesta GUACAMOLE. As quantidades de ingredientes também ficam ao seu paladar, eu aqui em casa normalmente faço a olho, dependendo quantos avocados maduros eu tenho. Hoje mesmo eu fiz aqui em casa. Usei 5 avocados, 3 tomates romanos, 2 limões sicilianos, meia cebola roxa media, 2 dentes de alho, azeite, sal rosa do Himalaia e pimenta preta moída na hora...e ficou deliciosa a minha guacamole.

Guacamole is something I always have at home, after all, I have an avocado orchard where I live (Fallbrook, CA), a city known for its avocados. I know there are many different recipes, but mine has a special touch because I use a pure essential oil from the dōTERRA brand, but of course you can make it with lemon juice. Since I'm not a big fan of the taste of cilantro, I avoid using it, but if you want to use it, you can also use cilantro essential oil or coriander oil; it's up to you, they all taste delicious in this guacamole. The quantities of ingredients are also to your taste; at home I usually do it by eye, depending on how many ripe avocados I have. I made it at home today. I used 5 avocados, 3 Roma tomatoes, 2 Sicilian lemons, half a medium red onion, 2 cloves of garlic, olive oil, Himalayan pink salt, and freshly ground black pepper...and my guacamole turned out delicious.
