For my version, I used a 6mm hook, and a total of 723g (1554 yd) of aran weight yarn including 23g/49yd of DK weight yarn for the border. The finished size is approximately 38.5 in long x 42 in wide, including the border. You can easily customize the size using any yarn weight and hook size by following a simple stitch multiple of 3 for the snowdrop stitch.
