Описание: A snapshot of Black Community Television cable programming from early 1980s Portland. Posted for Portland Black community history ARCHIVAL PURPOSES ONLY! BCTV was a Local Origination channel offered by Rogers Cablesystems ( a Canadian company) until just before the franchise was sold. National Cable ACE awards were discontinued in 1997. Recognition of cable programming was later absorbed into the Emmy Awards.
