Jesse (Jason James Richter) is pissed off at the fact that Willy failed while performing the show at the amusement park. The trainer (Lori Petty), Glen (Michael Madsen), and Annie (Jayne Atkinson) all tell Jesse that it wasn't anybody's fault, and that they're proud of him no matter what happened. Jesse then tells Dwight (Mykelti Williamson) that he's going to find his mom, and Dwight says that he's gonna end up living in the streets again because neither the state nor the federal government can find his mom and needs to just accept the fact that she's not coming back.
