So, in this video, we will explore the causes of a heart attack, the warning signs to look out for, the common myths and facts surrounding heart attacks, and five scientifically-proven ways to prevent a heart attack.

Heart attacks can be life-threatening, but by understanding the risk factors and symptoms, you can take steps to protect your heart health. We will discuss the risk factors that increase the likelihood of a heart attack, such as high blood pressure, smoking, and a poor diet etc.

We will also debunk some common myths about heart attacks, such as the belief that only older men are at risk, and explain the facts about heart attacks.
