Estranged husband of missing N.L. woman charged with 1st-degree murder

Описание: The RCMP held a news conference Saturday to announce that they have charged the estranged husband of a missing Newfoundland and Labrador woman. Dean Penney, 50, has been charged with first-degree murder in the death of Jennifer Hillier-Penney, who has been missing since Nov. 30, 2016.
