To unlock the speed limit from the HERO S8 or S9:
1. Before you turn on the scooter, push the throttle (accelerator) until the end (pushing it downwards)
2. Then, without releasing the throttle, turn on the scooter and keep on holding the throttle for 15 seconds
3. After that, the speed limit should be unlocked
WARNING! In some jurisdictions, it might be illegal to roll in public areas without the limit speed and might also constitute a crime. Review your local laws before proceeding to unlock your speed limit.
