One of the hardest things for me when I first started riding was gear choice and timing of when to switch gears. Physical conditioning is a big part of it, but the other is getting out there and challenging yourself to try the hard stuff. This is an example of what trails in Colorado has to offer and is a big part of my progress overall. Let me know in the comments your best rock story.
