EPISODE 3 of the 💪Senpai 🥵Kohai Series

Описание: This series of little skits will help grasp what the concept of Senpai and Kohai is in Japan. You might have heard of it in the past, or already know of it from anime or drama. But Senpai Kohai is an actual thing in every contemporary Japanese salaryman's daily life.

先輩　せんぱい　senpai
後輩　こうはい　kouhai

Senpai means senior/superior while Kohai means junior. We are taught from very young to respect the Senpai Kohai system in Japan in order to listen to your elders and respect the hierarchy as a Kohai (junior), but also to be taught that we must be exemplary and do our best as a Senpai (superior). Senpai-Kohai relationships can be found in many circumstances, school, work, sports club, any topic requiring proficiency.

This series of episodes will be focusing on the Senpai-Kohai relationship AT WORK, during the adulthood of a Japanese person. Please note that none of these are being exaggerated and that it is very common to be facing such situations.
