Sizzling Vegtable & Paneer Platter:
Ingredients For The Sauce:
Oil 1 tsp
Red chilies (Whole) 3
Ginger (chopped) 1 tbsp
Garlic (chopped) 4 cloves
Ketchup 3 tbsp
Soy sauce 2 tbsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Other ingredients:
Cheese (cubed) 200 gm
Onion 1
Carrot (blanched) 1
Tomato 1
Cauliflower (blanched) ½ cup
Broccoli (blanched) ½ cup
Sweet corn (blanched) ¼ cup
Green beans (blanched) 7
Oil 4 tsp
Salt to taste
For Garnish:
Green onion (chopped) ¼ cup
Butter 1 tsp
Cabbage leaves few
Method:
Heat oil in a pan and sauté onion, carrot, tomato, cauliflower, broccoli, sweet corn, green beans and cheese. For the sauce heat oil add whole red chilies, ginger, garlic, ketchup, soy sauce, sugar and salt along with ½ cup of water. Cook well. Then heat the sizzling platter place cabbage leaves and add sauce. Now add vegetables and cheese. Then add the sauce from top again. Now add butter and garnish with green onion. Serve hot.
Chicken Tikka Chapati Burrito:
Ingredients For Tikka:
Chicken breast 300 gm (small pieces)
Yogurt 4 tbsp
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Green chili (chopped) 1
Paprika 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
All spice powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder ¼ tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Chaat masala 1 tsp
Yellow food color 1/8 tsp
For Assembling:
Onion (sliced) 1
Tomato (sliced) 1
Chapatis (warm) 4
Fresh coriander ½ bunch
Salad leaves few
Yogurt 4 tbsp
Salt, pepper to taste
Method:
In a bowl add chicken breast, yogurt, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, green chili, paprika, red chili powder, all spice powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, chaat masala and yellow food color. Mix well. Then heat oil in a grill pan and cook the chicken well. For assembling in a bowl mix sliced onion, sliced tomato, fresh coriander, yogurt, salt and pepper. Now on the chapti place salad leaves, add yogurt mixture and tikka botis. Fold and serve hot.
