Welcome back to another video from Spottersuk, in this video we’re at Woking located on the South Western Mainline. This is episode 21 of the series where we make our way from Weymouth to London stopping at all stations along the way.
Woking sees services from South Western Railway only and it’s where the South Western Mainline and Portsmouth Direct Line connect with one another. SWR Operate Class 444’s, 450’s, 159’s, 455’s, 456’s and also Class 707’s from this station.
Service’s stretch all across the South Western Mainline from Weymouth, Exeter, Portsmouth, Alton and also London Waterloo. Woking also has a stopping service which departs from Platform 3 which calls at all stations between Woking and Waterloo.
