Every master got his own technic
and they are always different.
The meaning of meditation is nothing but to make the mind very subtle.
Your mind has become very objective.
and through meditation it could become much more subtle.
Meditation means...
... as i told you, everybody got a different way to practice meditation
... So it would be impossible to say that there is one particular way to meditate
that could be more accurate than another.
Many teachers are there..
And everybody teaches in his own way.
Here there is only one method:
It's to consider that everything is an illusion.
That's in this way that you can really meditate.
The meditation on the mantra is the same thing if you do understand that.
How to define meditation since everybody got his own way to meditate.
Everybody got his own idea about what meditation is.
And every teacher got very different ways to teach
So, one thing can be said:
And you should understand that:
"My mind"
"My ego"
"My body"
All that and everything around you is an illusion.
But first understand that"my body and my mind are an illusion".
If you do understand that, that's its all illusion,
you can then consider it as a method, otherwise not.
There is no method
for understanding the "reality".
Why is there no method? Because the "SELF" is methodless.
Your only method is to think. Nothing else.
It's from having the wrong thoughts that ignorance has come to you.
Otherwise, reality is so open that there is nothing to do to reach it.
There are no methods that can achieve this state.
So, the only way to overcome ignorance should be by thinking.
Ignorance is nothing else but an illusion.
But it's through your thoughts that you identify yourself to it.
You have forgotten yourself. What to do.
How to give understanding to someone who has forgotten himself?
Masters got different ways to teach.
But in any way that's for you to understand "who am I", nothing else.
Don't think that what you do understand is "the reality".
In fact, reality is what you have forgotten.This, is the method!
Reality is so opened. There's nothing to do for reaching it.
If you do something for reaching it, it goes against your understanding.
All the methods,
and teachings,
all becomes useless when you understand the "reality".
So, you should try to understand reality in a direct way.
The ignorance did come upon you.
But YOU are not ignorant. Take it for granted!
You can't be the ignorance.
Because you are the "reality". How can the "reality" could be ignorant.
Therefore, all methods, all thinking and intellectual systems fail to reach "reality".
Knowing that everything is unreal, how could you reach "reality"
by using something unreal?
Ignorance did come upon you.
Then, it should be taken off, nothing else.
Suppose that you got a boil on your hand.Just cut the boil, and you will be fine.
It's the same thing for ignorance.


Sri Ranjit Maharaj (4 January 1913 – 15 November 2000) was an Indian spiritual teacher in the Navnath Inchegeri Sampradaya tradition, and disciple of Siddharameshwar Maharaj
Ranjit Maharaj was born on 4 January 1913. In 1924 he met Siddharameshwar Maharaj. The following year he was initiated by Siddharameshwar Maharaj. In 1934, at the age of 21 he took initiation to monkhood. Only in 1983, at the age of 70, initiated his first disciple, Shri Siddharameshwar Maharaj's granddaughter in law. Hereafter he started to attract an international following. In 1996 he was invited to visit Germany, France and USA. In the following years he visited these countries several times, and also the UK, Switzerland and Spain also, until 2000, when he died.
