Craving crispy patties but don't want to spend hours making dough? These Without Dough Chicken Bread Patties are the perfect solution! Using bread slices as a base and a creamy zeera chicken filling, these are incredibly crunchy on the outside and melt-in-your-mouth soft on the inside.
Ingredients you'll need:
Filling: 1 tsp Zeera (Cumin seeds), 3 medium onions (diced), 1 bowl shredded chicken, Green chili & vinegar mix, ½ tbsp ginger & garlic powder, 1 glass milk + 1 tbsp cornflour, ½ tbsp salt, 1 tbsp black pepper, 1 tbsp soy sauce.
Coating: Fresh bread slices, 2 beaten eggs (with salt), and breadcrumbs.
