After a rigorous training programme on Earth, a select few Chinese astronauts, the Taikonauts, have been chosen for the ultimate adventure - to walk in space.

Life on board China's space rockets is similar in many ways to life on a Russian or American one, but there are some unique aspects - specially prepared Kung Pao chicken, and the use of TCM (traditional Chinese medicine) to help ensure the Taikonauts survive their walk in space in the best of health.
