In this video I talked about the mental health status in higher education in India specially in PhD Students. mental health problems in India is degrading day by day in hidden form. as we know mental health look like very taboo subject for all of us but in this video I tried to share some harsh realities and lastly I shared some suggestions for how can we tackle the mental health problems in higher education.
If you're a student at any level, look after yourself. Remember that you're not a machine and just because Stephen King can write 3 novels a year it doesn't mean every other author is lazy.
If you are struggling, talk to someone you trust, your doctor or a school/university counsellor.
