Installing laminate floors is WAY easier than I thought thanks to these 6 must have tools!

Описание: 1. Laminate Flooring Cutter - this is SUCH a timesaver! While you could use a circular saw a table saw, we've found the laminate flooring cutter saves time and minimizes mess.

2. 2 sided soft faced mallet - a soft faced hammer is important to use to avoid damaging the planks. This will allow the board to be hammered together while avoiding chips and dings!

3. Tapping block - the tapping block is used to push the flooring planks together. This helps tighten up the gaps between the boards.

4. Pull bar - the pull bar is another tool for pushing the planks together. It's great for tight spaces (i.e. against the wall!) the tapping block can't fit into! It's better to use the tapping block when you can as the pull bar can damage the groove on the board.

5. Jigsaw - we used our jigsaw to notch the planks around door jams and other tight spaces.

6. A helper - while you certainly can install flooring solo, a partner can help to ensure the boards are lining up properly!
