From the Back Cover:
"This is a collection of heretofore unreleased recordings of the Blackwood Brothers Quartet recorded before the plane crash in 1954 that took the lives of R.W. Blackwood and Bill Lyles."
"These recordings were made between 1948 and 1952 and are taken from radio broadcasts made during those years."
