Samsung & Osmo Mobile 2 - mounting and balancing

This is a quick video on mounting and balancing your smartphone on the DJI Osmo Mobile 2.

If you want to ensure that your Osmo Mobile 2, lasts a little bit longer, you can follow these tips I mentioned on this video.

1) ensure you are placing your Osmo Mobile 2 on a flat surface
use a tripod or monopod or firmly grasp the handle to ensure that it doesn't tilt on any side

2) take note of where you load/mount your smartphone.
the osmo mobile 2 has a very tight spring on its smartphone clamp. best to ensure that the bottom of your smartphone is closest to the gimbal smartphone base.
this will ensure that you do not have to slide your phone too much and helps protect the sides of your phone.

3) balance both the horizontal and vertical tilting
this assists the osmo mobile 2 motors to have a good starting point. this is a key procedure to maximize your battery life as the motors of your gimbal will not have a hard time fixing the balance.

4) ensure to lock the arm adjustment
if you leave this unlocked, after a few movements the gimbal will definitely be out of balance and the motors would have to compensate.

5) lastly, do a calibration using the Osmo Mobile 2 app (DJI Go)
