Open for the Spanish-language newscast Cox Media Group's WSOC produces for its Telemundo Charlotte subchannel. Recorded on Thursday, April 11, 2024.
Since 2018, WSOC has produced this newscast, currently the market's only Spanish-language newscast. The newscast is pre-recorded earlier in the afternoon airing at 5pm and then repeated at 6. Unlike WSOC's main channel's newscasts, the Telemundo shows do use a proper open sequence.
Back in January, the Telemundo subchannel also picked up the Cox standardized graphics everyone else also got including WSOC's main channel. The Telemundo channel uses a red variant (mainly intended for breaking news, but used in this case to match the Telemundo logo). Voiceover is unknown and music is a production track called "Intrepid Reportage" by Promo Accelerator.
