Today as part of happy tummy recipies we are going to see how to make healthy winter special recipe for lunch boxes Amla rice or Usirikaya pulihora , preparation of this recipe is very simple, quick and easy recipe which starts with cooking of rice with turmeric powder, followed by frying of white sesame seeds, pepper and making as fine powder, then fry the talimpu with ground nuts, sambar powder, sesame pepper powder once fried, finally add the grated gooseberry / Amla ? usirikaya at end and add this mixture to rice to make the tasty Amla rice, which is very rich in Vitamin C, Hope you try this yummy recipe at your home and enjoy, If so please do share those recipe pics to our Instagram handle.
