I finally got my hands on an excellent stainless steel Rondeau (Saute).
In this video I talk about my initial impressions with a second hand Fissler Original Profi 28cm Rondeau, or Saute pan.
This is an extremely heavy-weight and heavy-duty pan that can last generations! Furthermore, the evenness of the temperature distribution on this pan is the best I've ever seen.
In the last section of the video I compare this pan with a Le Creuset Signature 30cm Braiser.
