Hi - today I would like to share my 'hand made' method and recipe for Polish Potato Pancakes. As you will watch the video, these are thick grate. Even though, they absorb tons of oil and are fried - they are still one of my favourites. Not that I eat them every day - but once in a while for sure. Next time I will share more traditional recipe for Potato Pancakes and will be using a blender - but for now - give this one a try! Smacznego!
