Heal to defeat water elementum with no relics...(Info in desc)

*Water elementum* has 600 hp and its immune to almost everything including damage from miscrits (you do 1 dmg if ur lucky).

It's also immune to purge, It will always use same first move which damages itself by 100 , increase all attacks by 50 and etheral for 6 turns.

It will use this move every time after 6 turns when etheral runs out and will even use double turn if you die to poison to make sure you cannot deal any damage.

Its has three other moves in total:
Damage with disease ( deals 15 dmg for 3 turns unless you heal miscrit)
Damage with 30 ap poison for 1 turn
Low accuracy skill that force switches for 8 times

*The strategy is to last 36 turns* so that he dies to self damge with the sucidal move costing 100 health every with heals and lowering attacks along the way but there's a catch.

I didnt try lowering defenses too much cause even after 100 defenses minus there was no damage to elementum.
You also cannot increase defense as it uses force switch and increasing defense on the last crit is ineffective and you will die before you even get defenses up to considerable amount.
