Honey, Raspberries - Makes things Sweet. And Sweet usually gives a Burst buff.
Chocolate - Makes things Sweet. Often gives Focus. But can give Burst if paired with something else sweet.
Thistle - Seems to give Grip, but only when paired with something sweet or herbal
Dandelion - Gives Grit
Gentian - Makes things Herbal which gives health, but doesn't seem to give any other buff.
Cooking is one liquid & one food
Create a liquid that has what you want in it and use that to cook the food with since once food is cooked, you can't add anything more to it.
If you've made the recipe before, it'll show up on the upper right corner showing you the cooked item information.
You can refill empty or partially filled water bottles with water without leaving the tent if there's a stream nearby.
Focus - Increases stamina recovery rate, reduces the delay before limbs start recovering.
Grip - Increases grip strength (limbs get tired slower and are compatible with more surfaces).
Grit - Decreases damage taken from the environment (e.g. fall damage). Negates sprinting damage.
Burst - Increases movement speed, when both walking and climbing.
