Happy Shark Week 🦈🧁 Try this FINtastic thematic cupcake decorating idea.
🦈 Cut up a curved sheet of parchment paper and stick it onto the top of the cupcakes, leaving a small gap at one side, then spread sand-colored buttercream over the gap. Crush up shortbread cookies or graham crackers over the buttercream and peel off the parchment paper.
🦈Use an offset spatula to add blue buttercream to the center on the other side of the cupcake. Then in a piping bag, mix white buttercream and two shades of blue buttercream to pipe a shell border around one side of the cupcake using tip 32.
🦈Pop cupcakes in the fridge while you whip up blue gelatin then let sit until almost set before pouring into the center of the cupcakes and letting set in the fridge again.
🦈Make fins out of grey fondant and gently press into the cupcake center. 🌊
