Would You Rent a Co-Living Space like Hmlet?

Описание: More young adults are flocking to co-living spaces like Hmlet. This former school has been transformed into a co-living space in Singapore.
“We've built up everything from the ground knowing that our members like to interact with each other, to have a drink a glass of wine, a coffee or whatsoever and that is going to be one of the key features of our space here,” says co-founder and CEO Yoan Kamalski.
It has 150 rooms, communal kitchens, a wellness studio and plunge pool.
Hmlet emphasizes on greenery within its spaces, says Kamalski. There are plants everywhere despite being in the middle of the city.
Residents can stay 6-nights, medium or long-term. And prices range from about US$100 to $230 a night for a weekly stay.
While this may not be necessarily cheaper than renting normally in Singapore, Hmlet says they can offer an all-in-one living solution such that you can just take your bags and immediately move in without having to worry about any of the furnishings or getting furniture which you might have to if you were renting a house.
