Iulia Niculae-Cuciurean is a marketing and communication leader with 20 years of experience across advertising, PR, and sports marketing. After a decade in international agencies working with brands in telecom, tech, pharma, and FMCG, she joined the Romanian Football Federation in 2016 as Head of Marketing.

She currently oversees a portfolio of over 60 sports products, manages relationships with 23 commercial partners, and leads a team of brand managers. Iulia has been involved in seven European Championship campaigns and has contributed to award-winning initiatives recognized by Effie and UEFA.

Beyond her corporate career, she is actively engaged in the global marketing community, serving as Vice President for Young Professionals within the International Advertising Association (IAA), supporting collaboration and leadership development worldwide.
