1. Pour 100ml of petrol in a 100ml measuring jar and add 10ml of water.
2. Mix it well (you can move the content to a bottle for shaking) & store it airtight for 24 hours.
3. Next day you'll see clear liquid being settled on the bottom of the jar. In which 10ml is the water and addition to that (upto the petrol line) will be ethanol and additives.
