Grief is an experience that no one is immune from. It's painful, raw and necessary. Whether it's the loss of a loved one, a job, a marriage or grappling with a national tragedy (like the recent mass shooting at Boston University) or a natural disaster; the grieving process is different for everyone. It's especially painful to lose a loved one. Some may go through each of the five stages...others just a few. All of the feelings and triggers one experiences are often exacerbated during the holiday season. So, how does one cope? How do we help those who are grieving heal? I spoke with author, motivational speaker and life coach Angela Wynette about how to deal with grief, tools for coping as well as how to help yourself and others get to the light at the end of the tunnel.
