This version of my neck bones and gravy recipe is quicker, easier and more flavorful (because bacon makes everything taste better, LOL!). It’s unbelievably tender, too. Follow my tutorial to see how to make this savory, perfectly-seasoned dish.

Go ahead and season the neck bones and place them in a pan. Pour in some broth. While that’s cooking, brown the bacon in a bit of oil. Remove the bacon and add flour to the pan. Mix well and cook until a nice dark brown color. Add the flour mixture to the neck bones, and cook for a few minutes, just until the gravy is thickened. That is it, y’all! I like to serve these neck bones with some greens and corn cakes. So good, so simple and so delicious!
