I started this AU a very very loong time ago, but just went to the finishline with it! This idea kept creaping in mind since i watched twilight. As a huge Tate-Shipper, all i wanted is for Tate to happen, which got impossible since she died.
still i try to keep Tate alive with all that i have. I just adore these two!
I know this AU is not perfect, not even to the least, but maybe it can give you some joy and light up your little Tate-heart!


Story:
When Kate and Tony started dating, they wanted to take it slow, but destiny interfered and brought them a pregnancy. They kept their relationship and Kates pregnancy a secret for a long time, especially, because Kate was to affraid. She was scared to death, not wanting to lose Tony by taking this step forward.

Tony realized how hard it was on Kate and made any effort in convincing her how much he loved her. Only then they decided to keep the Baby.

When they told Gibbs and the Team, Gibbs wanted Kate to stay out of the job, but Ari interfered and they knew Kate would not let this bastard get away and sit silent next to the field. Sadly it was exactly what Ari wanted. His plan to shoot Kate and make the team suffer a loss they won't get over that easily almost succeded, weren`t it for the doctors of the Grey-sloan-memorial-hospital. The Baby had to be brought to the world early and suffured, because it wasn't fully developed yet. Also Kate was suffering her terrible injuries and the anxiety of loosing her and tonys child. Tony was hopeless, scared to the bones, but time healed all wounds and they shared their life and love happily ever after with their beautiful son.
