Which leg action works best for you ?
1. Zach Johnson
2. Justin Rose
3. Gary Woodland
Not every swings it the same therefore you can’t teach everyone the same !
@zjohnsonpga moves his weight early into his left foot in the golf swing ( Halfway into backswing ) so he is called a front post. Just like @thesergiogarcia @brysondechambeau
@justinprose99 moves his weight into his left foot just before the end of his backswing , so he is called a Center post . Just like @tigerwoods and @adamscottofficial
Gary Woodland moves all of his weight to his right leg in the backswing swing , so he is called a rear post . Just like VJ Singh @lukedonald @jbholmespga and @colinmontgomerie
All this can be tested and measured
