"Is There A Reason You Are Filming The Church?"

Описание: Today's installment brings me to the public sidewalk outside Gospel Light Church, as I exercised my freedom to record what I could see from my vantage point. Soon after I began & got my establishing shots, I was met by a gentleman named Joshua who came out to where I was standing on the sidewalk , asking if there was a reason I was filming the church? I told him I was working on a video & to my pleasant surprise, I was invited into the church with my cameras after asking if I could record the interior. Joshua was kind enough to give me a tour & showed me the sanctuary where the church services were held. I was surprised how nice it was & definitely didn't expect the inside to look so nice , since the church was located in an office business park. Since he was so kind to invite me in, I let him know I was doing a First Amendment audit & he let me know he had a hunch that's possibly what I was doing. We talked for a bit & I learned they are a Pentecostal based faith in God. I was invited to stay for the service , but since I had other locations to visit that day, I couldn't stay. I'm happy to report that Gospel Light Church passed 100% on respecting my equal First Amendment Rights. Outcomes like this definitely put me in a good mood for the day.
I know some who watch this will say it was boring to watch, but that's life in the moment. You never know how things will play out & I'm happy to share these positive encounters.
