Developer describes the game as a cozy-meets-challenging strategy where you'll build your castle by day and defend it by night. In Becastled, you’ll grow a medieval settlement using simple but deep mechanics—collect wood, stone, food, iron, and Sunstone to expand territory and upgrade your fortifications. As night falls, waves of Moon Beasts rise from the dark to assault your walls. You train swordsmen, archers, pikemen, knights, even ballistas and trebuchets—and if things get dire, your priests can resurrect fallen soldiers at dawn.

This Early Access title gives you a taste of the Helm’s Deep siege fantasy, but in a more manageable and forgiving loop. With every night growing tougher, your planning, economy, and castle layout become critical.
