Описание: Chocolate chip cookies sandwiched in creamy vanilla ice cream ♡

🍦 Ice Cream
1 can (300ml) of sweetened condensed milk
2 tsp vanilla extract

♡ Whisk together and set aside

In a separate bowl:
2 cups (454g) cold heavy cream

♡ Whip on high until firm peaks
♡ Pour in the condensed milk mixture and fold in until smooth
♡ Pour into a 9x9 inch pan
♡ Cover with cling wrap and freeze for at least 5 hours (I froze mine overnight)

🍪 Chocolate Chip Cookies
1/2 cup (112g) melted butter (salted or unsalted)
1/3 cup (65g) sugar
1/2 cup (100g) brown sugar (I used light brown sugar)
1 egg
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 and 1/3 cup (170g) all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp cornstarch
1-2 cups (180-250g) chocolate chips
1/2 cup (65g) chopped pecans or walnuts

♡ Bake at 350F (177C) for 12 minutes

📝 Notes
♡ I used a 2.5 tbsp cookie scoop
♡ The chocolate chip cookie recipe makes around 14 cookies, but you'll only need 8 for the ice cream sandwiches
♡ Make sure the cookies are completely cooled before adding the ice cream
♡ Wrap each sandwich in cling wrap asap after assembling (they'll start melting quick)
♡ Freeze the assembled ice cream sandwiches for at least 30 minutes before serving :)
