🏋️♀️ Workout Breakdown:
• 45 secs Kettlebell Swings, 15 secs rest
• 45 secs Kettlebell Presses, 15 secs rest
• 45 secs Swings, 15 secs rest
• 45 secs Kettlebell Lunges, 15 secs rest
• 45 secs Swings, 15 secs rest
• Finish strong with Kettlebell Squats!
Rest for 1 minute then go again!
