What happens when you spend days in silence? I tried a Vipassana retreat to find clarity and stillness but left earlier than planned. This is my story of facing myself, letting go, and learning from unexpected challenges. Of corse this is a rough video about what happened. I could share so much much more. Unfortunately we can't get any pictures or videos, so I put it together with one of my exploration trips by my own.
