Right Click / Long Press the Windows Start Icon
Device Manager
Inside Device Manager look for:
Go to - Sound, video and game controllers
(Note do not mess with the Bluetooth settings, that's not the issue)
Expand "Sound, video and game controllers"
Right Click or Long Press on the screen: AMD Bluetooth Audio Device
Click: Disable Device
Close Device Manager
Refresh or reconnect your Bluetooth device
A restart might be needed.
