🔍 Diving deeper into Earned Value Management (EVM)! 🚀 Here’s the next set of essential metrics to track project performance:
⏱1- SPI (Schedule Performance Index) – Measures time efficiency. If SPI is greater than 1, we’re ahead of schedule; if less than 1, we’re behind.
⏱2- CPI (Cost Performance Index) – Checks cost efficiency. CPI greater than 1 means we’re under budget; less than 1 means over budget.
⏱ 3- SV (Schedule Variance) – The difference between EV and PV; it shows if we’re on track or facing delays.
⏱ 4- CV (Cost Variance) – The difference between EV and AC; tells us if we’re within budget or overspending.
