Her first wedding tip is to practice before the big day! Designate someone to lace up your corset, and practice until you both feel comfortable with the process and end result. Corset wedding dresses may seem intimidating, but a "dress rehearsal" can take a lot of the stress away.

Lacing up Corset Wedding Dresses:
1. Clip in the modesty panel. This will help the gown stay tight on the bride while you lace her up.
2. Lace the strings into the first two loops at the top.
3. Pull both strings until they are the same length and until the dress feels tight on the bride.
4. Now lace up the dress like you would a shoe, pulling each string over the other and through the loops. Make sure you lace from the inside out and that you keep the laces as flat as possible.
5. Don't worry about pulling the laces super tight yet. We'll get there!
6. Continue until the entire corset is laced up.
7. Unclasp the modesty panel and tighten the strings like you would a shoe.
8. Make sure you tie the laces tight! Corset wedding dresses will loosen throughout the day, and you want to make sure it's comfortable and flattering all day.
9. Tie laces in a firm bow or knot and feed them through the opening at the bottom of the corset. You may have to reach under the dress to pull them through.
10. If the strings are too long, feel free to cut them.
