The 10 second walk period is when you can cater the pace to your fitness level. If you're just starting out, walk slowly during the 10 seconds, and if you're used to exercising, pick up the walking pace by doing a speed walk or maybe even jog! Do whatever works for your fitness level. Today's walk (going at my pace) is 920 steps.
